1. Introduction

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) before using axiocore.tech (the “Hub”) or any Axiocore product. This Agreement is between Axiocore (“Axiocore,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and you.

By accessing the Hub, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Hub.

2. What Axiocore Is

Axiocore is a company that builds focused, people-first products, including (as of this writing) a public AI transparency scoring project and a free personal finance tool. The Hub at axiocore.tech is an informational site introducing Axiocore and linking to these products.

3. Product-Specific Terms

Each Axiocore product operates on its own subdomain and is governed by its own Terms of Service in addition to this Agreement. Where a product’s own terms conflict with this Agreement, the product-specific terms govern for that product. For example, Paycheck Pilot is governed by its own Terms and Conditions on the app (paycheckpilot.axiocore.tech, no dash). The Paycheck Pilot marketing page is at axiocore.tech/paycheck-pilot.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Hub — including text, graphics, logos, and the Axiocore name and brand — is owned by Axiocore or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute Hub content without our permission.

Where an Axiocore product publishes ratings, scores, or assessments about third parties (such as the AI Transparency Index), those ratings reflect our own methodology and opinion at a point in time. They are not a certification, guarantee, or endorsement, and are provided for informational purposes only.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Hub or any Axiocore product. See our Acceptable Use Policy for specifics, incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Hub and the general information it provides are offered “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the Hub or any linked product will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axiocore will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Hub. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms is limited to $0 for use of the Hub itself, except where a higher limit is required by law.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update this Agreement from time to time. We’ll update the “Last Updated” date above, and for material changes, we’ll post a notice on the Hub before the change takes effect.

9. Governing Law
